Description
PERFWIPE sterile wipes are designed for used in aseptic processing zone where microbial and contamination.
The polyester pre-wetted wipes are composed of 100% continuous filament polyester knit fabric with a high saturation level of 70% IPA and 30% DI water. This pre-wetted wiper format provides a more cost-effective and easy to use solution compared to manual wetting of dry wipes, which requires bulk handling of solvents and maintenance of squirt bottles and results in inconsistent wetting and cleaning.
Composition and Attributes
1. 100% continuous filament polyester double knit
2. Laundered and packaged in ISO 4(class 100) cleanroom
3. Header packaging with package integrity testing
4. Pre-wetted with consistent 70%IPA 30DIW
5. Gamma irradiated and sterile validated at a 10/-6 Sterility 6. Assurance level ISO11137
